Mr. Foltz has practiced law in Colorado since 2005. He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Sociology and minors in Business and Zoology. Following graduation, he moved to Boulder to attend the University of Colorado Law School where he received his J.D. Prior to joining Warren, Carlson & Moore, LLP in 2016, he was an attorney with Hensley & Kennedy, P.C. in Boulder for ten years.

Mr. Foltz is active in the local community. He served two full terms on the Board of Directors for Attention Homes including serving as their Treasurer and on the Finance Committee. He is also a member and past President of Front Range Rescue Dogs, a canine search and rescue team dispatched by the Boulder County Sheriff's office to assist in locating lost persons in Boulder County. Mr. Foltz is a member of the Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations.
