Mr. Carlson has practiced law in Boulder County since 1985 after 9 years in Iowa where he practiced privately, worked with a Prisoner Assistance Program, served as a Deputy District Attorney, directed a Legal Aide Society, and served as County Bar Association President. He is a member of the Colorado and Iowa Bar Associations and has appeared in State and Federal District and Appellate Courts in several states.
