Our firm has successfully handled appeals of court rulings which appear to be contrary to law, and has successfully defended appropriate rulings on appeal.  We will explore the costs, benefits, and risks of an appeal, and advise the client as to an appropriate course of action.  On an appeal, we make sure the record of the lower court decision is complete, prepare written briefs and present oral argument.
